Your account
Sign up on our website or in the app. All you need is your full name, a valid phone number and an email address. There's no sign-up fee and no payment is needed to register.
We offer Free and Pro memberships. Pro includes everything in Free, plus discounted shipping rates, lower service fees, longer free storage and up to 10 suite addresses on one account. Pro is $25 a month, and annual plans save 20%.

Your suite number is at the top of your account once you log in. If a store asks for a billing address, use the home address linked to your card.
Check if your items have arrived, create shipment requests and track them, return items to sellers, see photos of your items, and update your receiver and membership details. We email you when an item is checked in and when we confirm your shipment request.

Up to 21 days to our Kurdistan branches and up to 25 days to Baghdad, counted from the day your shipment leaves Nashville.
Yes, customs duties and taxes are included in our rates, except for phones, tablets, laptops and desktop PCs, which have a set customs fee each. Vitamins, supplements and medicine are charged 5%. Some bulk or cargo shipments may need extra customs fees.

A service fee charged each time you create a shipment. It covers repacking and consolidating your items to cut your total weight. It's $8 for Free members and $5 for Pro members.
Carriers charge the greater of actual weight and size weight. Large, light items like pillows or canvas paintings have a higher size weight.
Size weight = length × width × height (inches) ÷ 166
The minimum item weight is 0.20 lb, so a 0.05 lb pair of sunglasses is entered as 0.20 lb. The minimum shipment weight is 1 lb.
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, PelePare, FastPay, Bitcoin, and cash on delivery in Erbil and Sulaymaniyah. PayPal doesn't accept Iraqi credit cards.
An online payment system in Kurdistan and Iraq. Register at PelePare.com and add balance at a PelePare office in Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok, Zakho, Masif, Soran, Koya, Akre, Kirkuk, Mosul or Baghdad, or with PelePare scratch cards.
Yes, for 3% of the declared value, which is $3 per $100. Lost or damaged packages are rare, but if it happens we reimburse you. You'll need an invoice or receipt for your claim.
Our rates are to Erbil. Other branches add a transfer fee: $1.00 plus $0.20 per pound to Kurdistan branches, and $1.50 plus $0.25 per pound to Baghdad.
Rates get cheaper the more you ship at once. We also send promo codes in our newsletter.
Shipping and returns
Twice a week, every Monday and Thursday. Packages that carriers deliver on a weekend are checked in on Monday.
Packages are checked in by the end of the business day they arrive. If it's still missing the next day, contact us with the tracking number and we'll find it.
Free for 60 days (75 days for Pro members). After that, storage is $0.50 per pound per day, paid before your next shipment request. Items stored over 90 days may be sold, destroyed or disposed of, and you won't owe storage fees on them.
Yes. Prohibited items can't leave the U.S. at all. If one arrives, you can return it or discard it. Restricted items can ship, but at your own risk if they're confiscated by Erbil Airport or other authorities, including in transit to Baghdad. Check the full list.
Most will. Some retailers cancel orders going to a forwarding company, so check before you buy if you're unsure.
Yes, for shipments over 500 lb, with lower rates past 1,000 lb. See cargo rates on the pricing page.
Select the item in your inbox and tap Return. Enter the company's name and address, pay the return shipping, and we'll hand it to the courier you choose.
A return request fee of $5 for Free members or $2.50 for Pro members, plus the shipping cost back to the seller.
Open a claim with the courier you chose during the return, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS.
